Sign up on Ourbit with Fee Otter's code FEEOTTER and bind your UID, and you get 70% of your futures fees back: 50% returned automatically by Ourbit plus a 20% extra rebate from Fee Otter, 3.5 times the usual 20% code (checked October 2026). On 1,000 USDT of monthly fees, a typical 20% code returns 200 USDT; FEEOTTER returns 700 USDT.
If you are already a VIP on an exchange and want to rebind or sign up on another one, contact support and we can help you apply for special trading perks or a higher rebate rate.
Fees checked on 27 September 2026 against Ourbit's announcement and the official fee page.
What is the Ourbit rebate? (pay first, refunded later)
You pay the full fee when you trade, and the rebate comes back afterwards. The rate on the order screen doesn't change; the saving arrives later.
| Layer | Paid by | Rate | Condition |
| Layer 1: automatic rebate | Ourbit | 50% | Sign up with our code |
| Layer 2: extra rebate | Rebate platform (Fee Otter) | 20% | Bind your UID on the rebate site |
We set the exchange-side automatic rebate to the highest the exchange allows. That layer is settled automatically by the exchange, without going through Fee Otter.
What you actually pay: Ourbit's listed fees
| Type | Maker | Taker | Note |
| Futures | 0.02% | 0.04% | Unchanged per the official announcement |
| Spot | 0% | 0% | All spot pairs since 3 September 2024 |
Spot has no fee, so there's nothing to return on spot; the rebate in practice comes from futures.

How much comes back? Five volume scenarios

Net fee rates after the rebate
What matters is the rate after the rebate, not the listed rate. Same 70/30 blend (VIP0 listed rates, each exchange's rebate through Fee Otter):
| Exchange | Blended listed rate | Rebate | Net rate |
| Ourbit | 0.034% | 70% | 0.0102% |
| Gate | 0.041% | 70% | 0.0123% |
| MEXC | 0.031% | 60% | 0.0124% |
| XT.COM (VIP0) | 0.054% | 70% | 0.0162% |
| WEEX (VIP0) | 0.062% | 70% | 0.0186% |
Ourbit's listed futures rates are already low; with a 70% rebate its net rate is the lowest of these. (OKX, a 20% auto-rebate + exclusive rewards, is left out.)
Opening an Ourbit account and binding
- Open the sign-up page through the dedicated link (code FEEOTTER pre-filled).
- Complete registration.
- Bind your Ourbit UID on your account page; our team verifies that the UID sits under our code.
- Fees from then on accumulate rebates.
When does the rebate arrive?
Layer 1, 50%, goes straight back to your Ourbit account. Layer 2 is added to your available balance after settlement, and payouts are made on request as on-chain USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to an address you own (1 USDT minimum, 0.015 USDT network fee). How settlement works: how fee rebates are settled.
Already have an Ourbit account?
A referral code can only be entered at sign-up and can't be added later. Register again through the dedicated link with an email or phone number never used on Ourbit; steps in the Ourbit rebind guide.
Risks to know before using Ourbit
Know these risks before you deposit:
- No major financial licence: Ourbit is registered in the British Virgin Islands and is not supervised by a major financial regulator; its CoinGecko trust score is 8/10. Some users on Trustpilot report withdrawals stuck in review and frozen accounts (few reviews, so treat it as a signal, not proof).
- Don't keep long-term or large balances on the exchange: keep only the funds you are actively trading on Ourbit; withdraw money you aren't trading and anything you hold long term.
- Use a cold wallet for long-term holdings: move large, long-term assets to a hardware cold wallet (such as a Ledger) and keep them offline.
- Futures and high leverage are high risk: Ourbit offers up to 500x on futures (on major contracts such as BTC and ETH). Beginners should avoid high leverage and learn the rules with small amounts first.
FAQ
How much is the Ourbit rebate?
70% on futures when bound through Fee Otter: 50% automatically from Ourbit plus 20% extra from Fee Otter.
Is there a rebate on Ourbit spot?
Spot maker and taker fees are both 0%, so there is nothing to return.
What is the Ourbit referral code?
The code is FEEOTTER, and the dedicated link fills it in for you. See the Ourbit referral code guide.
Does the rebate conflict with other discounts?
No. The rebate returns part of the fees you've paid; a discount lowers the listed rate. They are separate.
