Fee Otter's Bybit referral code is FEEOTTER. Sign up through the dedicated link and you get a 40% futures fee rebate, paid entirely by Fee Otter (Bybit has no exchange-paid layer), which is twice what a common 20% code pays. If your account is less than 14 days old and has no referrer yet, you can still add it (checked October 2026). Full rates and evidence: referral codes and rebate rates for every exchange we support.
Our Bybit referral code is built into the dedicated link. Registering with it earns a fee rebate of 40%. The referral codes you commonly find mostly pay 20%, so ours pays 2× as much.
How much is that a month? On 1,000 USDT of monthly fees, a common 20% code returns 200 USDT; ours returns 400 USDT. Even against a 25% code, it is 1.6×.
This page is for new users who haven't signed up on Bybit yet: what the code is, where it goes and how to check it stuck. For the full walkthrough, see the Bybit registration guide. Already have a Bybit account? You don't need the rest of this page. If it is a main account under 14 days old with no referrer, follow how to add a Bybit affiliate code and enter affiliate ID 163627 under "Join an Affiliate's Community"; past 14 days or with a referrer already, see the Bybit rebind guide (checked 2026-10-22).
Regional restrictions: Bybit does not accept residents of Hong Kong, mainland China, the EU, the UK, the US, Singapore, Canada, Australia and certain other regions; users in these regions cannot receive rebates (see clause 11 of the Bybit Affiliate Program Terms).
What is the Bybit referral code?
The Bybit referral code is FEEOTTER. The button below opens Bybit's sign-up page with the code already filled in.
Referral code, invite code, referral ID: the same thing?
Yes. Bybit's sign-up page says "Referral code (optional)", the official help pages call it an affiliate code, and people online also say referral ID or invite code. They all mean the one string you enter at sign-up that decides which referrer your account belongs to.
Our code runs through Bybit's Affiliate Program, which is why the rebate is 40% when you bind through Fee Otter, and why the Earn interest share is included too.
Where do you enter the code?
Bybit also collapses the field by default, labelled "Referral code (optional)". Expand it, check that the code is already filled in, then submit. Full steps are in the Bybit registration guide.
The web and app flows are the same. Five steps:
- Open Bybit's official sign-up page with the button on this page; our code is already in the link. On the app, look for the same referral field on the sign-up screen.
- Enter your email or phone number and set a strong password.
- Expand "Referral code (optional)" and check that the referral field is already filled in; if it is empty, reopen the page through the button.
- Complete the verification code and submit. The referral link is written the moment the account is created and cannot be changed afterwards.
- After logging in, tap the avatar at the top right to copy your UID and bind it on the Fee Otter rebate platform. The rebate accrues from that moment.
How do I check the code was applied?
If the code did not stick, you get no rebate. Check it this way:
- At sign-up: before you submit, look at the referral code field and make sure it says FEEOTTER. Signing up through our link fills it in for you.
- Bind your UID on Fee Otter: enter your Bybit UID on the Fee Otter rebate site. After you submit it, we check Bybit's referral list, the first time within about 5 minutes. If you are under our code, the status changes to "Verified" and we email you. If it still says "Pending review" after 5 hours, your UID is not on the list: check that you signed up with FEEOTTER, or contact support.
If you trade large volumes and want to confirm before your first trade, contact support and we will check it by hand. If the code did not stick, see the Bybit rebinding guide for your options.
How much does it earn?
A 40% fee rebate, paid entirely by Fee Otter.
Bybit Earn also generates an affiliate interest share, which is within scope of the rebate; most KOLs keep that portion. See Bybit Earn interest share.
Common mistakes
- Submitting without expanding the field. Bybit collapses the referral field by default.
- Clicking another referral link mid-signup. The later one overwrites the first. Pick your code and go through that one link end to end.
- Deciding to sort it out later. Bybit only lets you add a code within 14 days of signup while you have no referrer; after that, you rebind either with another ID document on a new account (fastest) or through a KYC transfer. The rebate accrues from the moment your UID is bound, so the sooner you add it, the sooner it starts.
What the code is worth
Using Bybit's official futures rates (taker 0.055%, maker 0.02%) at 70% taker / 30% maker, the blended rate is 0.0445%:
| Monthly volume | Monthly fee | Common 20% code | Through Fee Otter (40%) | Extra per year |
| 100,000 USDT | 44.5 USDT | 8.9 | 17.8 | ~107 |
| 500,000 USDT | 222.5 USDT | 44.5 | 89 | ~534 |
| 2,000,000 USDT | 890 USDT | 178 | 356 | ~2,136 |
40% is 2× a common 20% code. The effective rate calculator converts this to your numbers.
How much more does our code pay than common 20% / 25% codes?
Here is the rate when you bind through Fee Otter, side by side with the 20% and 25% codes you commonly find, on 1,000 USDT of monthly fees:
| Code | Rebate | Returned per month | vs 20% code | vs 25% code |
| Fee Otter (FEEOTTER) | 40% | 400 USDT | 2× | 1.6× |
| Common 20% code | 20% | 200 USDT | - | - |
| Common 25% code | 25% | 250 USDT | - | - |
On the same 1,000 USDT of monthly fees, that is 2,400 USDT more per year than a common 20% code. If you're already a VIP on an exchange and want to rebind or sign up on another one, contact support: we can help you apply for special trading perks or a higher rebate rate. For how rebates are settled and when they arrive, see how fee rebates are settled.
Specific to Bybit: the Earn interest share counts too
Bybit Earn carries no extra fee of its own; Bybit says management costs are already reflected in the quoted APR. It does generate an affiliate interest share, a cut Bybit pays the inviter rather than a fee you pay, which most KOLs simply keep.
40% of that is returned as well. The mechanism is explained in Bybit Earn interest share.
Does the code expire?
No. The relationship is written at account creation and holds long-term, with no expiry and no quota. The one exception: under the Bybit Affiliate Program FAQ, the affiliate relationship may be terminated after 180 consecutive days with no trades. What changes is the percentage, not the code. And because a binding is nearly impossible to change, binding to the wrong party is hard to undo.
Already registered without a code?
A Bybit referral code can only be added later within 14 days of signup and if you have no referrer (official help article); past that window there are two rebind routes: the fastest is opening a new account verified with an ID document the old account never used (driver's license, passport or ID card); the other is Bybit's official KYC transfer, which moves the same identity to a new account. See the Bybit rebind guide.
The form screens and the six conditions are in how to add a Bybit affiliate code. Bybit also says only an Affiliate Program code can be added, not a code from another user's Referral Program; some regions can't join for regulatory reasons, and market maker and institutional accounts are excluded (official help article, updated 2026-06-05, checked 2026-10-22).
This is especially worth doing for active Bybit traders: after rebinding to Fee Otter the rebate is 40%, and the more you trade, the wider the gap.
Why do different sources offer different rebates?
1. Direct partnership versus a resold sub-affiliate
We hold direct, long-term agreements with each exchange. Many codes online belong to individuals operating as sub-affiliates, and affiliate status is reviewed. If that person fails review or is downgraded, the rate their users receive is affected directly. You are bound to them, not to the exchange.
2. Whether they are still around
A common pattern: an individual code promises manual top-ups, pays for a few months, then stops answering. A binding is almost impossible to change, so you stay locked in while still paying fees.
3. How much they give back
We pass most of the share to users and rely on the relationship lasting. Actual percentages are in the rate table above and shown live on the rebate platform (Fee Otter).
How Bybit compares
Next step: sign up or rebind
No Bybit account yet: use the button on this page or follow the Bybit registration guide, check that the referral field is already filled in before submitting, then bind your UID on the rebate platform. If your account is under 14 days old and has no referrer, you can still add us now (the form takes our affiliate ID 163627, not the code FEEOTTER). Past that window, follow the Bybit rebind guide to open a new account with another ID document (fastest) or use the KYC-transfer route; to work out what you would get back each month first, see the Bybit fee rebate guide.
FAQ
How much does the Bybit code earn?
40%, paid entirely by Fee Otter.
How does our code differ from a typical KOL code?
The rate. Ours pays 40% and shares Earn interest too. On 1,000 USDT of monthly fees, a common 20% code returns 200 USDT; ours returns 400 USDT.
Can the code be added after registering?
Within 14 days of signup, yes: per Bybit's official help article, a main account with no referrer can add an affiliate code manually, and it cannot be changed afterwards. After 14 days, you can rebind by opening a new account with another ID document (fastest) or through an official KYC transfer; see the rebind guide.
Does Bybit Earn generate a rebate too?
Yes. Earn carries no extra fee, but it generates an affiliate interest share, of which 40% is returned to you; see Bybit Earn interest share.
When does the rebate arrive?
Once your UID is bound, every rebate is recorded on the rebate platform (Fee Otter), where you can view them and request withdrawals.
How can Fee Otter pay 40%?
We have direct, long-term contracts with the exchanges and pass most of our share to users, relying on the long-term relationship rather than a one-off cut. Fee Otter settles the rebate in full; you track it and request withdrawals on the rebate site.
I already have an account and trade often. Is rebinding worth it?
Put your monthly volume into the table above and compare the "Common 20% code" and "Through Fee Otter" columns; the more you trade, the bigger the yearly gap. Routes are in the Bybit rebind guide.
Does a rebate affect my VIP level?
No. VIP follows volume; a rebate is returned afterwards. They stack and do not offset each other.
For every exchange's code and what distinguishes each one, see the crypto exchange referral code list. For how the Bybit rebate is calculated and what it pays back each month, see the complete Bybit fee rebate guide. Whether each exchange lets you add a code after signup, and how to rebind, is covered in the referral code late-entry and rebind rules by exchange.
Information only, not investment advice. Rebate percentages and exchange policy can change; Bybit's official announcements and the live Fee Otter platform are authoritative.
