Sign up for XT.COM through Fee Otter's link (code FEEOTTER) and you get 70% of your futures fees back: 60% automatic from the exchange plus 10% extra from Fee Otter, about 3.5x a common 20% code. Spot fees come back at 45%. On 1,000 USDT of monthly futures fees, a common 20% code returns 200 and FEEOTTER returns 700 (checked October 2026).
That 70% matches Gate, WEEX and Ourbit; most referral codes you will find pay 20% (some 25%). If you are already a VIP on an exchange and want to rebind or sign up on another one, contact support and we can help you apply for special trading perks or a higher rebate rate.
One caveat up front: XT.COM's spot rate is 0.2% for both maker and taker, tied with HTX as the highest among the exchanges we support; its 0.06% futures taker matches Bitget. With a high rebate on top of high spot fees, spot and futures come out differently, so this page works through both.
Rates verified 24 September 2026 from XT.COM's public API and official fee page. · Methodology
XT.COM charges the full fee at the time of the trade and returns the rebate afterwards. The rate on your order ticket does not get cheaper; the saving arrives later.
The rebate comes in two layers, from different sources:
| Layer | Paid by | Rate | Condition |
| Automatic rebate | XT.COM (under Fee Otter's binding terms) | 60% | Register with our referral code |
| Extra rebate | Rebate platform (Fee Otter) | 10% | Bind your UID on the platform |
We set the exchange-side automatic rebate to the highest the exchange allows. That layer is settled by the exchange automatically, without passing through Fee Otter.
| Product | Maker | Taker | Note |
| Futures (USDT perpetual) | 0.04% | 0.06% | VIP0 list rate; taker matches Bitget |
| Spot | 0.20% | 0.20% | Tied with HTX as the highest among the exchanges we support; maker and taker priced the same |
Two points:
- The 0.2% spot rate is double everyone else's (Binance/Bybit/Bitget/Gate/WEEX 0.1%, OKX maker 0.08%, and MEXC spot maker is 0%). A spot-focused trader starts from a list rate twice as high as elsewhere.
- The 0.06% futures taker sits mid-pack (Binance/OKX/Gate 0.05%, Bybit 0.055%, Bitget 0.06%, WEEX 0.08%, MEXC 0.04%), while the 0.04% maker is double the 0.02% elsewhere. Stack the 70% rebate on futures and the effective rate lands in a competitive position; the numbers are worked out below.
Rebate rate
XT.COM's rebate through Fee Otter is 70% (60% automatic from the exchange + 10% extra from Fee Otter), the same as WEEX:
What it returns at five volumes
At 0.06% taker / 0.04% maker with 70% taker fills, the blended rate is 0.054%:
| Monthly volume | Monthly fee | Automatic, 60% | Total, 70% | Per year at 70% |
| 100,000 USDT | 54 USDT | 32.4 | 37.8 | ~454 |
| 500,000 USDT | 270 USDT | 162 | 189 | ~2,268 |
| 2,000,000 USDT | 1,080 USDT | 648 | 756 | ~9,072 |
| 5,000,000 USDT | 2,700 USDT | 1,620 | 1,890 | ~22,680 |
| 10,000,000 USDT | 5,400 USDT | 3,240 | 3,780 | ~45,360 |
The effective rate calculator takes your own VIP rates and returns the rate you actually pay after the rebate. VIP thresholds and the rates at each tier are in XT.COM VIP tiers.
Judge the post-rebate effective rate, not the list rate. Converting with the futures blended rate above:
| Exchange | Blended futures list rate | Rebate | Effective rate |
| Ourbit | 0.034% | 70% | 0.0102% |
| Gate | 0.041% | 70% | 0.0123% |
| MEXC | 0.031% | 60% | 0.0124% |
| XT.COM (VIP0) | 0.054% | 70% | 0.0162% |
| WEEX (VIP0) | 0.062% | 70% | 0.0186% |
| Pionex | 0.041% | 50% | 0.0205% |
| Bitget | 0.048% | 50% | 0.0240% |
| HTX | 0.048% | 50% | 0.0240% |
| Binance | 0.041% | 40% | 0.0246% |
| Bybit | 0.0445% | 40% | 0.0267% |
For futures, XT.COM's post-rebate effective rate ranks fourth in the table above (Ourbit, Gate and MEXC are lower), below WEEX, Pionex, Bitget, HTX, Binance and Bybit. The list rate is on the high side, but the 70% rebate pulls it back. For spot the answer is the reverse: the 0.2% list rate is double what other exchanges charge. So:
- Mainly futures: XT.COM belongs on your shortlist.
- Mainly spot: go to MEXC (0% spot maker) or WEEX (0.1% spot, half of XT.COM's); do not trade spot on XT.COM.
- Hunting niche coins: XT.COM lists over 1,000 spot pairs, among the most of any exchange we support; if the asset is only listed here, fees are not the first consideration.
(OKX, a 20% auto-rebate + exclusive rewards, is excluded from the table; contact support about our exclusive OKX rewards and promotions.)
- Use the dedicated link, which already carries the code FEEOTTER.
- Complete registration; KYC is as needed; XT.COM does not require it (fiat and P2P do require KYC).
- Bind your XT.COM UID on the rebate platform (Fee Otter).
- Fees generated afterwards start accruing rebates, viewable on the platform, with withdrawals on request.
When does the rebate arrive?
Fees are charged as normal and the rebate is added to your available balance on the platform after settlement, itemised per trade; you can request a withdrawal at any time. Payouts are on-chain USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to an address you own, 1 USDT minimum per request, with a 0.015 USDT network fee borne by you. See how the rebate is settled.
A referral code can only be entered when the account is created and cannot be added later. If your XT.COM account was not registered with a rebate referral code, simply register again through the dedicated link with a phone number or email never used on XT.COM. XT.COM does not require KYC (fiat and P2P do, per the official guide), and unverified accounts can withdraw up to 200,000 USDT a day (per XT.COM's official Withdrawal Limit Guide). How is this different from a KOL code?
Most circulating codes pass on only about 20% and keep the rest. The percentage is one difference; the other is whether the counterparty holds a direct, long-term agreement with the exchange: sub-affiliate status is reviewed, and if that person fails review or is downgraded, the rate their users receive is affected directly, while the binding itself is nearly impossible to change.
Know these risks before you deposit:
- Registration and ratings: XT.COM was founded in 2018 and is registered in Seychelles, outside major financial regulators; its CoinGecko trust score is 7/10.
- Past hot-wallet theft: in November 2024 about $1.7 million was taken from an XT.COM hot wallet and withdrawals were paused; the exchange said the stolen funds were company assets and user funds were unaffected (CoinDesk).
- Don't keep long-term or large balances on the exchange: keep only the funds you are actively trading on XT.COM; withdraw money you aren't trading and anything you hold long term.
- Use a cold wallet for long-term holdings: move large, long-term assets to a hardware cold wallet (such as a Ledger) and keep them offline.
- Futures and high leverage are high risk: beginners should avoid high leverage and learn the rules with small amounts first.
FAQ
The code is FEEOTTER, and it is built into our dedicated link. See the XT.COM referral code page.
70% when bound through Fee Otter: 60% automatic from the exchange plus 10% extra from Fee Otter.
Spot at 0.2% really is tied with HTX as the highest among the exchanges we support; the 0.06% futures taker is tied second-highest with Bitget and HTX. What to compare is the post-rebate effective rate, not the list rate: futures with the 70% rebate stacked rank fourth in the comparison table above, while spot starts from a list rate double that of other exchanges. The effective rate calculator gives the exact answer.
No. An unverified account can trade, deposit and withdraw up to 200,000 USDT a day (per XT.COM's official Withdrawal Limit Guide); fiat and P2P require KYC, and so does a higher limit.
No, they stack. A VIP discount lowers the list rate; the rebate returns part of what you paid.
Do both futures and spot earn a rebate?
Yes. The rebate follows the fees you generate: 70% on futures and 45% on spot (35% automatic from the exchange + 10% extra from Fee Otter); the live rate on the platform is authoritative.
