The two Ourbit Earn products most worth a look are the ones that pay interest once switched on. Auto-Earn on the spot account pays 11% APR on the first 1,000 USDT and 5% on the part from 1,000 to 50,000, in progressive tiers. Futures Earn, launched on 2026-10-09, pays a 3% base APR on USDT in the futures account plus a subsidy that grows with your net futures position, up to 8%, on at most 20,000 USDT of principal. There are also Flexible Savings that you subscribe to by hand (USDT at 1.5% APR) and Fixed products. Ourbit says expected APRs are for reference only and change with the market (Ourbit announcements and Earn page, checked 2026-10-17).
This guide uses the official text on Ourbit's Earn page and its rate announcements from August to October 2026. It covers how each product accrues, pays and redeems, works through 10,000 and 20,000 USDT, then explains how Earn relates to the rebate. Earn rates change often: Ourbit published three USDT rate-change announcements between August and September 2026, so the numbers here are a snapshot from the day we checked.
Start with when you need the money
| Product | Can you use the money any time? | USDT APR on the day we checked | Main conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Auto-Earn (spot account) | Yes, nothing is frozen; trade or withdraw any time | ≤1,000: 11%; 1,000 to 50,000: 5%; >50,000: 1% (KYC done or phone bound) | Switch on once; lower rates without KYC and without a bound phone |
| Futures Earn (futures account) | Yes, no lock-up; trade, transfer or withdraw | 3% to 8%, by net futures position value | Principal 100 to 20,000 USDT |
| Flexible Savings | Yes, redeem any time | 1.5% (from 2026-08-05) | Manual subscription; sub-accounts not eligible |
| Fixed | Frozen during the lock period; no trading or withdrawal | Per product page | Per product page |

Auto-Earn: interest on your spot balance
USDT rates: progressive tiers
| Balance band (USDT) | KYC completed or phone bound | No KYC and no phone bound |
|---|---|---|
| 0 to 1,000 | 11% | 5% |
| The part from 1,000 to 50,000 | 5% | 3% |
| The part above 50,000 | 1% | 0.5% |
This table applies from 00:00 on 2026-09-15 (UTC+8). The announcement says interest is "calculated progressively by holding band", so each band earns its own rate and the results are added; interest accrues daily and arrives T+1. Note that the 2026-08-04 announcement set the part above 50,000 at 0.5%, while the September one says this band is "unchanged" at 1% for KYC'd users. The two announcements disagree, so large holders should go by what the account shows.
Rules
- Snapshots: the Earn page says snapshots are taken at random times each day, and earnings use the lowest balance in that day's snapshots.
- Start: earnings start the day after you switch it on; details vary by product, so check the product page.
- Cancel any time: you can cancel at any time; if the balance drops below the minimum you exit automatically, with earnings up to the day before.
- Doesn't stack with Flexible Savings: the part you subscribe to Flexible Savings by hand stops earning Auto-Earn.
- Removed coins: from 18:00 on 2026-08-19 (UTC+8), Auto-Earn stopped paying on MUB, OPENAI, XAUT, PAXG, SPCXB, SNDKB, QQQON and USDC; the assets stay in the spot account (removal notice).
Daily snapshots use the lowest value, so if your balance dips at any moment, that day is paid on the lower figure. Frequent traders will earn less than an average-balance estimate suggests.
Futures Earn: interest on USDT in the futures account
According to the 2026-10-09 Futures Earn launch announcement, once Auto-Earn is on, eligible USDT in the futures account earns daily interest, with spot and futures accounts counted and paid separately:
| Net futures position value (USDT) | Base APR | Subsidy APR | Total APR |
|---|---|---|---|
| < 10,000 | 3% | 2% | 5% |
| 10,000 to 50,000 | 3% | 3% | 6% |
| 50,000 to 100,000 | 3% | 4% | 7% |
| ≥ 100,000 | 3% | 5% | 8% |
- Limits: USDT only; principal below 100 USDT earns nothing, and anything above 20,000 USDT earns nothing.
- Position sets the tier only: earnings are on the eligible principal; position value only decides the subsidy tier.
- Excluded: futures trial funds earn no interest; positions on stablecoin pairs such as USDCUSDT and USD1USDT, and positions opened with trial vouchers, don't count toward net position value.
- Payout: calculated daily and moved into the futures account automatically; transfers, withdrawals and position changes affect the principal and the rate that applies.
- Turning it on: click "Enable Auto-Earn" on the Futures Earn page; users who already had Auto-Earn on don't need to do anything.
The announcement's table does not say whether 5% applies with no position at all; its lowest tier is "net position value below 10,000". Check the product page.
Flexible and Fixed
- Flexible: manual subscription, redeemable any time; daily earnings = holding × (APR ÷ 365). USDT Flexible has paid 1.5% since 17:00 on 2026-08-05 (UTC+8). The Earn page says sub-accounts cannot use Flexible Savings.
- Fixed: assets are frozen during the lock period, with no trading or withdrawal. The Earn page's risk notice says "Fixed products cannot be redeemed during the lock period", but a product rule on the same page says "staked assets support early manual unlocking". The two don't match; go by the page of the product you buy.
- Maturity: after the minimum holding period you can redeem or keep it in, with earnings based on the actual days held; some products unlock automatically. After redemption, principal unlocks after a set number of minutes or days, depending on the product.
- Accrual and payout: typically stake on day T, accrue from T+1 and get paid on T+2, with nothing for the day you unstake. Some products pay once to the spot account at the end.

Worked example: 10,000 and 20,000 USDT for 30 days
Our own estimate uses band principal × APR ÷ 365 × 30, with the rates announced as of the day we checked, and ignores snapshot effects:
| Case | APR | Approx. 30 days |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 USDT Auto-Earn, KYC done | 1,000 × 11% + 9,000 × 5% | 46.03 USDT |
| 10,000 USDT Auto-Earn, no KYC and no phone | 1,000 × 5% + 9,000 × 3% | 26.30 USDT |
| 10,000 USDT Flexible Savings | 1.5% | 12.33 USDT |
| 20,000 USDT Futures Earn, net position < 10,000 | 5% | 82.19 USDT |
| 20,000 USDT Futures Earn, net position ≥ 100,000 | 8% | 131.51 USDT |
With the same 10,000 USDT, Auto-Earn pays nearly four times what manual Flexible Savings pays, as long as you have done KYC or bound a phone. The 8% on Futures Earn needs a net position of 100,000 USDT or more at all times, and you carry its price risk, funding and liquidation risk. Opening positions to earn an extra 3% can easily lose more than the interest.
Where Ourbit is available
Ourbit is operated by Ourbit Holdings Ltd., registered in the British Virgin Islands. Its user agreement (updated 2026-05-30) lists as unserved the United States, China, Singapore, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Ontario in Canada and the Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine. Ourbit holds no licence from a major financial regulator; see crypto exchange licences by country.
Risk: what Ourbit says
The risk notice on Ourbit's Earn page says digital asset prices fluctuate and Earn returns are calculated in the underlying coin, so participate rationally. For Fixed products it adds that the displayed expected APR is for reference only and the actual rate may be adjusted with market conditions. You must confirm you have read and understood the investment risk before subscribing. The rate announcements also say the platform reserves the right to adjust rates with the market.
Earn assets are still held by the exchange, so they are exposed if the exchange runs into trouble. Ourbit's proof of reserves states 1:1 reserves but excludes assets held in Earn products; see Ourbit proof of reserves. For Earn side by side across exchanges, see crypto exchange Earn comparison.
Earn income is not rebated: rebates follow trading fees
Switching on Auto-Earn, subscribing and redeeming carry no trading fee, so they generate no rebate. Ourbit spot is zero-fee, so the rebate effectively comes from futures. Sign up with our code FEEOTTER and bind your UID on Fee Otter, and Ourbit futures earn a 70% rebate (50% automatic rebate from the exchange + 20% extra rebate). The 50% goes straight back to your Ourbit account; the 20% is settled daily by Fee Otter and paid out on request as USDT on BEP20, minimum 1 USDT per request, with the 0.015 USDT network fee paid by you. The rebate covers trading fees only, not funding or liquidation; Ourbit's referral rules also exclude fees paid with futures bonus.
Next to Futures Earn: a manual 100,000 USDT BTC_USDT position at 0.04% taker costs 80 USDT to open and close, and the 70% rebate returns 56 USDT; meanwhile 20,000 USDT of eligible principal in the futures account earns about 131.51 USDT over 30 days. For the two rebate layers see Ourbit fee rebate guide, for futures rules Ourbit futures guide, and for deposits and withdrawals Ourbit deposits and withdrawals. Not registered yet?
