LBank charges nothing for crypto deposits; you only pay the sending side's network fee. Withdrawal fees depend on the network: USDT costs 0.2 USDT on BEP20 or Plasma, 1.5 USDT on TRC20 and 1 USDT on ERC20 (LBank public API, checked 2026-10-19). Sending to another LBank user by "internal transfer" is free and arrives instantly. Getting back a deposit sent on the wrong network or without a memo costs a 10 to 30 USDT handling fee and takes one to two months or more. Withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours after a login password reset, and in some fiat zones crypto bought on P2P cannot be withdrawn for 24 hours (T+1).
This guide goes through the rules in the Deposits & Withdrawals section of LBank's support center and its official public API (checked 2026-10-19): deposit steps and Quick Deposit, withdrawal fees and minimums for USDT, BTC and ETH by network, memo rules, the six wrong-deposit cases and their fees, withdrawal steps and arrival times, why withdrawals get delayed, whitelists and 24-hour locks, internal transfers, and P2P and One-Click Buy.
Key points
- Free deposits: LBank charges no crypto deposit fee; the sender pays the network fee. Fiat deposit fees come from banks, card issuers or payment providers.
- Arrival time: the deposit guide says the average is under 3 minutes; the FAQ says deposits usually arrive within 30 minutes, and a few cases take 24 hours or longer.
- Quick Deposit: some coins are credited at half the required confirmations so you can trade, but you can withdraw only after all confirmations are done.
- Withdrawal fees: set per coin and network and shown live on the withdrawal page; amount received = amount withdrawn minus the fee.
- Internal transfer: send by UID, email or phone number, free and off-chain; you must bind Google Authenticator before the first one.
- 24-hour locks: withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours after a login password reset; with the New Address Withdrawal Lock on, newly added addresses cannot receive withdrawals for 24 hours.
USDT withdrawal fees and minimums by network

| Arbitrum One | 0.5 | 5 | Open |
| Solana | 0.5 | 10 | Open |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | 1 | 5 | Open |
| Polygon | 1 | 5 | Open |
| TON | 1 | 1 | Open |
| NEAR | 1 | 5 | Open |
| KLAY | 1 | 5 | Open |

| Avalanche C-Chain, Omni | n/a | n/a | Withdrawals suspended |
Source: LBank public API: USDT withdrawal configs, checked 2026-10-19 09:50 UTC. The API returns two TON entries; the table shows the open one, and the other is currently suspended. LBank's fee page only shows figures with JavaScript running, so we used the official API data.
Other major coins (same check): BTC on the Bitcoin network costs 0.00005 BTC with a 0.00005 BTC minimum. ETH on ERC20, Arbitrum One, BEP20, Optimism, Base and Linea costs 0.0001 ETH, with minimums of 0.0005 to 0.003 ETH depending on the network. USDC costs about 0.2 USDC on BEP20 or Polygon and about 1 USDC elsewhere (BTC, ETH, USDC).
LBank's on-chain withdrawal guide (updated 2026-04-13) says the fee covers blockchain network costs and may be adjusted with network conditions, so the fee and estimated amount shown on the withdrawal page before you submit are what count; the table above is only the 2026-10-19 snapshot. For other exchanges side by side, see our USDT withdrawal fee comparison.
Example: what arrives when you withdraw 100 USDT
| Network | Withdrawn | Fee | Received |
|---|---|---|---|
| BEP20 | 100 USDT | 0.2 USDT | 99.8 USDT |
| Arbitrum One | 100 USDT | 0.5 USDT | 99.5 USDT |
| ERC20 | 100 USDT | 1 USDT | 99 USDT |
| TRC20 | 100 USDT | 1.5 USDT | 98.5 USDT |
On the same 100 USDT, TRC20 leaves you 1.3 USDT less than BEP20. If you withdraw several times a month, check which networks the receiving side supports and pick the cheaper one. If the recipient must get an exact amount, LBank suggests checking the estimated received amount before submitting and adding the fee on top.
Deposits: steps, Quick Deposit and memos
Steps
- Web: log in and click Deposit, then Deposit Cryptocurrency. App: tap Deposit, then Deposit Cryptocurrency, and search for the coin or pick it from Hot Tokens.
- Choose the coin and deposit network, copy the deposit address or scan the QR code, then start the withdrawal from your other exchange or wallet.
- Check the status under Assets Overview, Funding History, Spot History (web) or in the order history (app).

Deposits below the minimum are not credited; LBank's FAQ says you may have to send another deposit to reach the minimum before it is processed by hand. Each network supports up to 20 deposit addresses (address management).
Quick Deposit: you can trade, not withdraw yet
With Quick Deposit, supported coins are credited once half the required confirmations are reached, so you can trade early; withdrawals still need every confirmation. LBank's example is USDT-TRC20: normally 12 confirmations are required, Quick Deposit credits at 6, and a withdrawal at that point fails, often with "Withdrawal failed, insufficient withdrawable balance (Error code: 60045)". Wait until the deposit record shows "12/12 confirmations (Completed)", which usually takes minutes to tens of minutes; LBank gives 10 minutes to 2 hours as the unlock time. If it is stuck for more than an hour, note the TxID and order number and contact live chat (withdrawal failure after Quick Deposit).
Memo/Tag
Coins such as XRP require a tag or memo (usually a string of digits). When withdrawing to LBank from another wallet or exchange, enter both the address and the memo. The deposit guide calls a missing memo an irreversible loss, though in practice LBank has a paid return process, covered next.
Wrong deposit? Six cases and their fees
| Case | What LBank does | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Non-standard deposits (several transfers in one transaction hash, non-standard transfer methods), funds sent to the public hot wallet, below the minimum, on-chain transfers between LBank addresses on Solana, TON transfers with Forward TON Amount = 0 | Manual processing | Usually 24 hours | Not stated |
| Not enough block confirmations | Credited automatically once confirmed | Depends on the network | None |
| Wrong LBank address (for example coin A sent to coin B's address) | Wallet team checks, then processes manually or rejects | Result within a week | Not stated |
| Unsupported network or contract address (for example a token LBank does not list) | Refund to the sending address possible | About a month or more | 30 USDT |
| Missing or wrong memo | Refund to the sending address possible | About 1 to 2 months | 10 USDT |
| Sent to a project's contract address (not an LBank deposit address) | Cannot be handled; contact the project | n/a | n/a |
Source: What to do if your deposit doesn't arrive (updated 2025-08-29). The handling fee is paid by LBank internal transfer to the account named in that official article, then you send a screenshot of the transfer to support; LBank says not to pay on-chain, because the fee will not be received. Have the TxID, deposit network, LBank deposit address and coin ready, and email service@lbank.com or open a ticket.
A separate article on recovering assets sent to the wrong address describes the process: after you open a ticket, LBank replies within 5 business days on whether recovery is possible, and if it is, assets usually return to your account within 30 business days. Cases where the address does not exist, does not belong to LBank, or the coin is not listed on LBank cannot be recovered. Do not open duplicate tickets for the same issue.
LBank's recovery fees are paid only by on-platform internal transfer, following instructions in an official ticket or from service@lbank.com; confirm the receiving account with support inside the ticket before you pay. Anyone who messages you saying you must "pay an unlock fee first" or "send to this address and we will recover it" is not following an official process.
Withdrawals: steps, arrival and delays
Steps
- Click Asset, then Withdraw. If you have not set up security verification, complete 2FA first.
- Search for or select the coin, choose On-chain, paste the address and pick the right network; enter a memo/tag if the receiving side requires one.
- Enter the amount, check the fee and the estimated amount received, then confirm. If your withdrawable balance is short, click Available Balance to transfer funds in from another account.
- Enter the email or SMS code and the Google Authenticator code. After the system review, the withdrawal is sent on-chain.
Before submitting, make sure the receiving platform supports the coin and the network; a mismatched coin, address or network can mean permanent loss. Arrival depends on platform review and block confirmations, so network conditions affect timing. You can follow progress in the withdrawal records at the bottom of Assets, Withdraw, and open the link to a block explorer (check deposit and withdrawal status).
Why withdrawals get delayed
| Cause | What you see | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| API node congestion at peak times | Requests queued or paused; they cannot be cancelled manually | Expect 8 to 24 hours; processed automatically, or auto-cancelled on timeout so you can resubmit |
| Wallet maintenance or system upgrade | Withdrawals of that coin fully suspended | Expect 8 to 24 hours; resumes after maintenance |
| Platform processing queue | Status shows Processing | Wait; if nothing moves after 24 hours, email service@lbank.com |
| Waiting for confirmations or network congestion | TxID exists but the receiver has not credited it | Check confirmations on a block explorer with the TxID |
| Wrong address or network | On-chain, but not received | Generally not recoverable |
| Missing or wrong memo/tag | Common with XRP, XLM, TON, EOS | Contact the receiving platform with the TxID; recovery depends on its policy |

Address whitelist and 24-hour locks
- Address book: add a normal address (one coin) or a general address (every coin on that network), or add in bulk. Tick "Save as verified address to skip future verification" and enter the email and Google codes to skip verification for that address later.
- Address Whitelist Mode: once on, you can only withdraw to addresses in the address book and cannot type in new ones.
- New Address Withdrawal Lock: once on, newly added addresses cannot be withdrawn to for 24 hours.
- Login password reset: withdrawals are disabled for 24 hours afterwards (password reset guide).
Sources: address management (web), address management (app). We found no LBank page stating how long withdrawals lock after changing your email or phone or unbinding Google Authenticator; follow the on-screen prompt when you make the change.
Internal transfer: free between LBank users
Under Assets, Withdraw, switch to Internal Transfer and send by the recipient's UID, email or phone number. It does not touch the blockchain, arrives instantly, and internal transfers carry no fee. You must bind Google Authenticator before the first one, and each transfer needs email and Google verification. A confirmed transfer cannot be reversed, so a wrong recipient can mean permanent loss. Each coin still has a minimum amount, and delisted coins cannot be traded on the platform and can only be withdrawn on-chain to an external wallet (internal transfer guide, updated 2026-01-16). On-chain transfers between two LBank addresses on Solana are not supported and need manual processing, so use an internal transfer instead.
Fiat: P2P and One-Click Buy
- P2P: under Buy Crypto, P2P Trading, pick the coin, amount, payment method and merchant, pay using the details on the order, and tap "I Have Paid" only after paying. The seller then releases the coin from escrow. Each user can cancel up to 3 orders a day, after which cancellations are blocked for 24 hours; do not trade off-platform (P2P buy guide (app)).
- Withdrawal wait for P2P purchases: in some fiat zones (LBank's example is USD), crypto bought on P2P can be traded right away, but on-chain withdrawals, internal transfers and fiat withdrawals wait for a 24-hour (T+1) cooling-off period, which lifts automatically (withdrawal restrictions on P2P deposits).
- One-Click Buy: buy with a card or similar method through third-party providers. LBank charges a One-Click Buy fee that varies with market conditions, asks you to finish KYC first if you have not, and says funds arrive in 15 seconds to 48 hours. Fiat questions go to fiatcs@lbank.com (One-Click Buy/Sell guide (web)).
The LBank User Agreement also requires the remitter's name to match your KYC name, so pay from an account in your own name. Which fiat currencies and payment methods you can use depends on your region, as shown in the app.
Where LBank is available
Under the LBank User Agreement (updated 2026-07-22), Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, the United States, Canada and other listed places are outside its service; Indonesia is not on the restricted lists. In Indonesia, crypto trading may only be offered by OJK-licensed firms, and the blocking-request list published by OJK's Satgas PASTI in June 2026 includes "LBK Blockchain Co Limited" (OJK press release). The full lists and KYC rules are in our LBank KYC guide, and company and regulatory background is in the LBank review.
FAQ
Does LBank charge for deposits?
No crypto deposit fee; you pay only the sender's network fee. Fiat deposit fees are charged by banks or payment providers.
What is the cheapest network for withdrawing USDT from LBank?
Per the official API on 2026-10-19: BEP20 and Plasma at 0.2 USDT, Arbitrum One and Solana at 0.5 USDT, ERC20 at 1 USDT and TRC20 at 1.5 USDT. Go by the withdrawal page, and make sure the receiver supports the same network.
Why can't I withdraw right after depositing?
A Quick Deposit may not have all its confirmations yet (error 60045), crypto bought on P2P may still be in the 24-hour cooling-off period, or you may have just reset your password.
Can I get back a deposit sent without a memo?
According to LBank you can request a refund to the sending address for a 10 USDT fee, taking about 1 to 2 months. The fee is paid by internal transfer; confirm the details with support in your ticket first.
My LBank withdrawal is stuck on Processing. What now?
LBank says this is usually a queue. If there is no progress after 24 hours, email service@lbank.com with the withdrawal order number or TxID.
