BingX has no exchange-token fee discount. You cut fees there through four things: VIP tiers, limit orders, zero fees on newly listed spot tokens for 7 days, and the code you sign up with. Sign up with code FEEOTTER and BingX automatically pays back 45% of your fees, with no UID binding: the 0.050% perpetual futures taker fee nets 0.0275%, and the 0.100% spot fee nets 0.055%. With 50,000 USDT in account assets you reach VIP 1, where the spot taker fee is 0.060%, or 0.033% after 45% comes back (BingX announcements, checked 2026-10-22).
This guide covers the conditions for each official BingX fee discount, how each stacks with the 45% rebate, which vouchers take trades out of the rebate, and what you pay on spot and futures at several monthly volumes.
The short answer: five setups for a regular user
Perpetual futures rates are from BingX's VIP perpetual futures fee adjustment and Supreme VIP launch (effective 2023-10-25), and spot rates from spot volume added to VIP levels and spot fees adjusted (effective 2023-11-24). Both were re-read on 2026-10-22 and the figures hadn't changed:
| Setup | Spot maker / taker | Perpetual maker / taker | Saving on a futures taker fill |
|---|---|---|---|
| List price, nothing applied | 0.100% / 0.100% | 0.020% / 0.050% | 0% |
| 45% automatic rebate only | 0.055% / 0.055% | 0.011% / 0.0275% | 45% |
| All maker orders + 45% automatic rebate | 0.055% | 0.011% | 78% |
| VIP 1 through 50,000 USDT in assets | 0.035% / 0.060% | 0.014% / 0.040% | 20% |
| VIP 1 + 45% automatic rebate | 0.01925% / 0.033% | 0.0077% / 0.022% | 56% (taker) |
Rates after the rebate are effective rates (net fee ÷ trade value). The order screen still shows your VIP rate; BingX pays the 45% back into your BingX account afterwards. BingX notes that the rate shown on the order page prevails.
A regular BingX user pays 0.100% on spot as both maker and taker, so limit orders save nothing on spot at VIP 0. Futures are different: the 0.020% maker fee is 40% of the taker fee. On spot, the savings come from the rebate and VIP 1.
BingX's official ways to cut fees
| Method | How much it saves | Conditions and limits | Stacks with the 45% rebate? |
|---|---|---|---|
| VIP tier | Futures taker 0.050% → 0.028% at Supreme VIP; spot maker 0.035% at VIP 1 | Any one of 30-day spot volume, 30-day futures volume or the previous day's assets; VIP 4 and up need API volume ≤ 20% on the volume routes | Yes, the rebate is calculated on the fee you pay at your VIP rate |
| Limit orders that fill as maker | Futures 0.050% → 0.020% | The order rests on the book and fills later | Yes |
| Zero fees on new tokens for 7 days | Spot fee of 0 | Newly listed spot tokens for 7 days from the open, marked "0 Fees" | The fee is 0, so the rebate is 0 |
| Rebate Voucher | Refunds trading fees, up to a face value, until it expires | Only for manual spot trading; not copy trading, grid trading or trades made with a Bonus | BingX says it's excluded from referral commission |
| Exchange token | None | BingX's fee announcements and VIP rules have no token discount | Not applicable |
The zero-fee rule for new tokens is from BingX's limited-time zero-fee promotion for newly listed spot tokens (2025-11-03): a new token trades fee-free for 7 days from its open, then returns to the default rate, and later listings get the same treatment without a separate notice. A BingX blog post updated 2026-03-20 says zero fees on new tokens will stay as a long-term promotion after the "Zero-Fee Carnival". The carnival's own offers have ended: zero fees on BTC, ETH and other popular spot pairs ran until 2026-03-12, and on spot TradFi assets until 2026-04-02.
Rebate Vouchers take those trades out of the rebate
BingX's Regulations on the Use of BingX Vouchers (2023-11-07) set these rules for Rebate Vouchers:
- They refund trading fees after the trade. The amount and expiry are in My Vouchers, and unused vouchers lapse when they expire.
- They only apply to manual spot trading, not to copy trading, grid trading or trades made with a Bonus.
- On spot, only filled orders are charged. Standard Futures charge fees only at closing, so open positions get no refund.
- The text says "Rebate Voucher is excluded from referral commissions".
BingX says trades using a Rebate Voucher earn no referral commission, so go by the rebate records in your BingX account for the 45% automatic rebate, and don't count the voucher and the rebate twice. New-user tasks and official campaigns both hand out Rebate Vouchers, and the same rules say that joining an event repeatedly, using multiple accounts or wash trading can cost you eligibility or get the account frozen.
How the other vouchers relate to fees (BingX's What Are BingX Vouchers): a Trial Fund can be used as futures margin and to pay funding fees, and BingX's comparison table lists it as unable to pay trading fees; a Bonus is trial margin for Standard and Perpetual Futures and can't pay trading fees; a Copy Trading Subsidy Voucher only covers copy trading losses. None of the three can be withdrawn.
Stacking order and formula
- Your VIP tier picks the fee table. BingX updates tiers daily at 03:00 (UTC+8) based on the previous day's data, and the new rate applies at once; assets are the sum of all account balances in the 00:00 (UTC+8) snapshot. Thresholds are in BingX VIP levels and fees.
- How the order fills picks maker or taker. An order that rests on the book and fills later is a maker; one that fills at once is a taker.
- BingX pays back 45% of the fee you paid. The 45% is the automatic rebate set on BingX's side for our code, and BingX pays it directly.
Net fee = trade value × maker or taker rate for your VIP tier × (1 − 45%)
BingX has no exchange-token discount; a zero-fee trade earns no rebate.
Funding is not a trading fee, and the rebate doesn't apply to it. BingX settles perpetual funding three times a day at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 (UTC+8), between longs and shorts, and the exchange takes none of it (BingX's perpetual futures fee schedule).

Futures examples at four monthly volumes
Assuming half maker and half taker, rates as above:
| 30-day futures volume | Tier | List fees | After 45% automatic rebate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1,000,000 USDT | VIP 0 | 350 USDT | 192.5 USDT |
| 1,000,000 USDT, assets 50,000 USDT | VIP 1 | 270 USDT | 148.5 USDT |
| 10,000,000 USDT | VIP 1 | 2,700 USDT | 1,485 USDT |
| 20,000,000 USDT | VIP 2 | 4,950 USDT | 2,722.5 USDT |
| 50,000,000 USDT | VIP 3 | 11,250 USDT | 6,187.5 USDT |
For a regular user at 1,000,000 USDT a month, the 45% rebate alone saves 157.5 USDT, more than the 80 USDT that VIP 1 through assets saves; with both, the net cost is 148.5 USDT.
Spot examples at four monthly volumes
| 30-day spot volume | Tier | List fees (half maker, half taker) | After 45% automatic rebate |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100,000 USDT | Regular | 100 USDT | 55 USDT |
| 100,000 USDT, assets 50,000 USDT | VIP 1 | 47.5 USDT | 26.1 USDT |
| 1,000,000 USDT | VIP 1 | 475 USDT | 261.3 USDT |
| 2,000,000 USDT | VIP 2 | 700 USDT | 385 USDT |
| 4,000,000 USDT | VIP 3 | 1,200 USDT | 660 USDT |
VIP 1 cuts spot fees sharply: at the same 100,000 USDT a month, 50,000 USDT in assets more than halves the fee. Keeping assets on an exchange carries platform risk; see BingX proof of reserves. A 2026 BingX Learn article lists spot VIP rates that don't fully match the two announcements above, so go by the order page.
Worked example: 3M futures and 200,000 spot a month
A regular user with 30,000 USDT in assets trades 3,000,000 USDT of futures in 30 days (70% taker, 30% maker) and buys 200,000 USDT of spot with market orders:
- List price: blended futures rate 0.7 × 0.05% + 0.3 × 0.02% = 0.041%, so 1,230 USDT; spot 0.1% × 200,000 = 200 USDT; 1,430 USDT in total.
- 45% automatic rebate: BingX pays back 643.5 USDT, so the net cost is 786.5 USDT.
- Assets topped up to 50,000 USDT for VIP 1: futures 0.7 × 0.04% + 0.3 × 0.014% = 0.0322%, so 966 USDT; spot 0.06% × 200,000 = 120 USDT; 1,086 USDT in total, 488.7 USDT back, 597.3 USDT net.
- Result: 832.7 USDT less than the 1,430 USDT list price, a 58.2% saving.
If part of that 200,000 USDT of spot goes into tokens in their first 7 days, that part has no fee and so no rebate. The amount actually paid back is whatever your BingX rebate records show. To run your own numbers, use the effective fee rate calculator.
A note for API and quant traders
The volume routes for VIP 4, VIP 5 and Supreme VIP all require API volume of no more than 20%. An account with heavy API volume can reach VIP 3 at most through volume; above that, only the asset route works (2,000,000 USDT for VIP 4, 3,000,000 USDT for VIP 5), and Supreme VIP has no asset route.
