BingX VIP runs from VIP 1 to VIP 5 plus Supreme VIP, and you qualify on any one of three measures: 30-day spot volume, 30-day futures volume, or the previous day's account assets. Perpetual futures cost regular users 0.02% maker and 0.05% taker; VIP 1 drops that to 0.014%/0.04%, and Supreme VIP pays 0% maker and 0.028% taker. From VIP 4 up, the volume route also requires API trading to be no more than 20% of volume. BingX updates levels daily at 03:00 UTC+8 (BingX help center, checked 2026-10-17).
This guide is built from BingX's VIP announcements and help center: the perpetual and spot VIP fee tables, how qualification works, which volume counts, VIP benefits, and what you actually pay once VIP rates and the rebate stack. VIP discounts and the rebate stack: register on BingX with our code FEEOTTER and 45% of your fees comes back (all of it BingX's automatic rebate), with no UID binding, so a VIP 0 futures taker pays 0.0275% instead of 0.05%.

BingX's April 2026 TradFi fee overview lists the same perpetual rates plus an "Elite" level (0.018% maker, 0.045% taker), but we didn't find that level's requirements on BingX's public pages. BingX notes that the fee shown on the order page prevails; its VIP page only renders in a browser and we couldn't retrieve it (checked 2026-10-17).

Source: BingX's spot volume added to VIP levels and spot fee adjustment (effective 2023-11-24). Regular spot users pay 0.1%, and VIP 1 already cuts the maker rate to 0.035%, the biggest single step in the spot table. Convert and converting dust to USDT aren't covered by VIP discounts.
How qualification works
From those two announcements and the BingX VIP Club page:
- Any one of three: hit the threshold on 30-day spot volume, 30-day futures volume or previous-day assets and you get that level. BingX's example: a user with 250,000 USDT in assets and 50,000,000 USDT of 30-day futures volume reaches VIP 3 on volume.
- Assets: the sum of all account balances in the 00:00 UTC+8 daily snapshot, covering Funding, Standard Futures, Perpetual Futures, Copy Trading, Grid, P2P, MT5 and Wealth accounts.
- Futures volume counts USDT perpetuals, Standard Futures, futures grid and futures copy trading; spot volume counts spot, spot grid, spot infinity grid and spot copy trading.
- Main and sub-accounts are combined.
- Daily update at 03:00 UTC+8: meet a threshold and the new level shows in your account with its rates active immediately; volume data refreshes every five minutes.
From BingX: VIP eligibility is assessed on three criteria, 30-day spot volume, 30-day futures volume and account asset balance, and meeting the minimum on any one of them automatically qualifies you for that VIP level. BingX updates users' VIP levels at 03:00 UTC+8 daily. (BingX VIP Club)
BingX doesn't describe a separate grace period for downgrades: levels are recalculated against the thresholds every day, so if you no longer qualify, the level your account shows that day applies. In December 2023 BingX ran an event where submitting proof of VIP status at another exchange earned a 30-day free trial at VIP+2, capped at VIP 5 (see the BingX VIP Club page). That was a time-limited event, and we didn't find whether anything similar runs now.
Other VIP benefits
BingX's VIP benefits upgrade (effective 2025-08-01) lists, among others:
- Withdrawal limit: the 24-hour withdrawal limit rises with VIP level.
- Copy trading: a monthly subsidy for copiers to cushion liquidation risk, plus a fast track to Silver Trader status.
- VIP 1 and above: double the Launchpool staking cap, an exclusive 7-day USDT Wealth product (11% APR, 13% for first-time subscribers up to 30,000 USDT), a 24/7 relationship manager and a weekly market research report.
- VIP 3 and above: invitations to offline events, birthday and holiday gifts, and monthly free access to Nansen's Pioneer plan.
Wealth APRs and quotas are set by BingX and can change at any time; the campaign page prevails.
Your rebate at VIP rates: what you actually pay
The rebate is calculated on the fees you actually pay, so VIP discounts and the 45% rebate stack. Take 20,000,000 USDT of 30-day futures volume (exactly VIP 2) and a blend of 70% taker and 30% maker:
| Level | Blended rate | 30-day fees | 45% returned by BingX | Net paid | Net taker rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| VIP 0 | 0.041% | 8,200 USDT | 3,690 USDT | 4,510 USDT | 0.0275% |
| VIP 1 | 0.0322% | 6,440 USDT | 2,898 USDT | 3,542 USDT | 0.022% |
| VIP 2 | 0.02985% | 5,970 USDT | 2,686.5 USDT | 3,283.5 USDT | 0.0206% |
| VIP 3 | 0.0275% | 5,500 USDT | 2,475 USDT | 3,025 USDT | 0.0193% |
Blended rate = 0.7 × taker + 0.3 × maker; for VIP 2 that's 0.7 × 0.0375% + 0.3 × 0.012% = 0.02985%. On the same 20,000,000 USDT a month, VIP 2 plus the 45% rebate nets out at about 3,284 USDT, 60% less than the 8,200 USDT a VIP 0 account pays with no rebate. The amount actually returned is whatever your BingX rebate records show. For the method, see perpetual fees after rebate; for VIP programmes side by side, the exchange VIP fee comparison.
Which route fits you?
- Under 10,000,000 USDT a month in futures and under 50,000 USDT in assets: most people stay at VIP 0, where the rebate and more maker orders are what lower your cost.
- 50,000 USDT or more in assets: holding it on BingX takes you to VIP 1 by the asset route, but weigh the risk of keeping assets on an exchange.
- Mostly quant or API trading: from VIP 4 up the volume route requires API trading ≤ 20%, so API-heavy accounts need the asset route instead, or should ask BingX support first.
Restricted regions
BingX's Disclaimer (updated 2023-12-11) lists jurisdictions whose customers it does not seek or accept: Afghanistan, Burundi, Cambodia, Canada, the Central African Republic, Mainland China, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Hong Kong, Iran, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Singapore, Somalia, the United Kingdom, the United States (including all territories), and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. It says the list is "not limited to" these and may change (checked 2026-10-17). For licensing by country, see the exchange licenses comparison.
Risks
Don't trade more often or with more leverage just to reach a VIP level. Extra volume brings extra fees and extra risk of loss, and a lower rate rarely makes up for one bad trade. The asset route means keeping funds on an exchange, which carries platform risk. Rates and thresholds are set by BingX and can change at any time.
BingX VIP and your rebate
Rebates apply only to trading fees, not funding. Register on BingX with our code FEEOTTER and 45% of your fees comes back, returned by BingX straight into your BingX account, with no UID to bind on Fee Otter. The rate is set under Fee Otter's partnership terms with BingX and may change. If you're already a VIP at another exchange and plan to sign up on BingX, contact our support and we can help apply for special trading benefits. For fees and volume scenarios see the BingX fee rebate guide, and for signup steps how to register on BingX.
