To deposit on Pionex, go to Wallet → Deposit, choose the coin and network and copy the address; funds land in your Primary Account by default. To withdraw, go to Wallet → Withdraw, and you must have Google Authenticator bound first. USDT withdrawal fees are 0.2 on BEP20, 1 on TRC20 and about 1.05 on ERC20, while Plasma costs just 0.011 USDT. An account with no KYC at all cannot deposit and has a withdrawal limit of 0 (Pionex help center, checked 2026-10-17).
This guide follows the Pionex help center: deposit and withdrawal steps, USDT fees and minimums by network, how many confirmations each network needs, what locks withdrawals or sends them to manual review, wrong-network recovery and its fee, and three fiat channels (P2P, bank card and large wire transfers). Deposit and withdrawal fees are small one-offs; the fees your bots pay every day are the big number. Sign up with code FEEOTTER and Pionex fees are rebated at 50% (15% automatic rebate from the exchange + 35% extra rebate), 2.5 times a typical 20% code, on spot and futures alike.
Key points
- KYC first: LV.0 (unverified) can't trade or deposit and has a 24-hour withdrawal limit of 0; LV.1 can deposit and trade; fiat deposits need LV.2.
- USDT withdrawal fees: Plasma 0.011, Optimism 0.025, AVAX C-Chain 0.081, Arbitrum 0.13, BEP20 0.2, Solana 0.518, TRC20 1, ERC20 1.0522 USDT.
- Google Authenticator required: no withdrawals without it, and logging in from a new IP or device can lock withdrawals for a while.
- Wrong network: recovery can be requested, with a reply within 3 business days; the fee starts at 20 USDT, amounts below the fee are not accepted, and it can take up to 60 business days.
- Crypto bought on P2P: withdrawable from T+1.
How to deposit on Pionex
From the official guide How to Deposit Crypto [Web]:
- After logging in, click Wallet → Deposit → Deposit.
- Open the dropdown, search for the coin and select it.
- Choose the network. It must match the sending platform or wallet; a wrong network can mean lost funds that can't be recovered.
- Click Copy to get the deposit address and paste it into the sending platform's withdrawal field.
- After blockchain confirmation the funds are credited, by default to your Primary Account, and appear in your deposit history.
Rules specific to Pionex:
- Fixed addresses: each coin and network pair has one permanent deposit address that can't be regenerated or deleted (Deposit address and network FAQ).
- Legacy addresses no longer auto-credit: since April 1, 2026, deposits to old deposit addresses are not credited automatically and need a recovery form. Copy the address from the deposit page every time instead of using a saved one or a screenshot.
- Minimum deposit: deposits below the minimum are neither credited nor refunded, so allow for the sending platform's fee.
- Memo/Tag: required on XRP, XLM, TON, ATOM and EOS; a missing memo means a recovery request.
- Clean sources: funds from gambling or fraud platforms go through extended review. Pionex names high-risk or sanctioned entities such as Huione Pay, Tornado Cash, Garantex, Suex, Nobitex and AbanTether; don't deposit from them.
How many confirmations?
The common networks from Pionex's Deposit Not Received troubleshooting guide:
| Coin | Network | Confirmations | Estimated time |
|---|---|---|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin | 2 | 20 minutes |
| ETH | ERC20 | 64 | 12 minutes |
| USDT | TRC20 | 27 | 2 minutes |
| USDT | Arbitrum One | 100 | 1 minute |
| USDT | BEP20 | 15 | 2 minutes |
Nothing is credited before the confirmations are in, which is normal. Paste the TXID from the sending platform into the matching block explorer (tronscan.org, etherscan.io, bscscan.com and so on) to follow progress.

Pionex does not support USDT deposits on Polygon or Base; it lists both among the most common mistaken deposits, along with USDC on Avalanche and BNB on opBNB. For networks not in the table, check the deposit page first. The table is the August version; the fee shown on the withdrawal page once you pick a network is what applies. For a cross-exchange view see USDT withdrawal fee comparison.
How to withdraw from Pionex
From the official guide How to Withdraw from Pionex [Web]:
- After logging in, click Wallet → Withdraw → Withdraw.
- Search for and select the coin, choose the network that matches the receiving platform, enter the address and amount, then click Submit → Continue.
- Enter the security codes and click Confirm. SMS and email codes are valid for 8 minutes, Google codes for 30 seconds.
What Pionex spells out:
- Google Authenticator is mandatory: bind it under Account Settings → Security before withdrawing.
- Complete means final: once a withdrawal shows "complete", the funds have left Pionex, and Pionex cannot trace, freeze or reverse them; a missing memo has to be fixed by the receiving platform.
- Not every token is withdrawable: some aren't supported for compliance or technical reasons, so convert them to a withdrawable coin first.
- Internal transfer: sending to another Pionex user uses an 8-digit UID; for an external wallet, pick On-chain withdrawal.
Withdrawal limits
From the official Identity Verification (KYC) Complete Guide:
| Feature | LV.0 (unverified) | LV.1 | LV.2 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trading | No | Yes | Yes |
| Crypto deposit | No | Yes | Yes |
| Fiat deposit | No | No | Yes |
| 24H withdrawal limit (USD) | 0 | As shown on page | As shown on page |
| 30-day withdrawal limit (USD) | - | As shown on page | As shown on page |
The current help center no longer prints fixed limits and points you to the page instead: in the app, Home → avatar at top left → Identity Verification; on the web, pionex.com/en/my-account/kyc. Its example is an LV.1 user who withdraws 20,000 USDT at 08:00 UTC on January 1 and can withdraw again from 08:00 UTC on January 2. In other words, both the 24-hour and 30-day limits roll from your latest withdrawal rather than resetting at a fixed time. Levels and how to apply are in Pionex KYC verification.
Why can't I withdraw?
- New IP or device: Pionex's withdrawal restrictions after new IP/device logins says withdrawals are temporarily locked, with the unlock time shown in the withdrawal flow. Stay on the same IP and device, don't log out, and switch off VPNs, proxies and anti-fingerprint plugins.
- Manual risk review: per the withdrawal risk control review explanation, the first check is automatic and takes about 10 minutes. If it fails, the withdrawal goes to manual advanced review; after each submission you usually hear back within 3 business days, but total time can't be predicted. If identity verification is triggered it can't be skipped, must match your KYC identity, and applies even below 1,000 USD.
- Withdrawal whitelist: once enabled, only whitelisted addresses work; new addresses wait 24 hours, and internal transfers are covered too (What is the withdrawal whitelist).
- USDT bought on P2P: withdrawable from T+1.
Pionex's advice for a lower risk rating: avoid depositing crypto of unknown origin, don't use the account as a transit hub, bind email, phone and Google Authenticator or a passkey, complete LV.2, and don't use a VPN when withdrawing.
Wrong network or deposit not credited
Pionex's Deposit Not Received guide splits cases finely. The main ones:
- Unsupported coin or network: generally recoverable, returned to an external address you control on the same network; a few networks can't technically be recovered. You may also simply abandon it, with no effect on your account.
- Missing memo: generally recoverable, with extra identity checks.
- Below the minimum deposit: not credited and not recoverable, and topping up won't fix it.
- Deposit to a legacy address: recoverability depends on the amount; use the official form.
- Network under maintenance: credited automatically when maintenance ends; no request needed.
- Sent to a non-Pionex platform: Pionex can't help; contact the receiving platform.
Pionex: recovery fees typically start at 20 USDT and rise for complex cases; transactions worth less than the fee are not offered recovery. The fee is fixed, can't be waived, and must be paid as a separate transfer rather than deducted from the recovered amount. Cases can take up to 60 business days, and submitting a request does not guarantee recovery.
The most common reason for rejection is a wrong TXID: enter the transaction hash from the block explorer, not an order ID, withdrawal ID or wallet address. Before sending a large amount to a new address for the first time, send a small test and wait for it to arrive.
Fiat: P2P, bank card, large wire transfers
Fiat deposits require LV.2, and some regions (Pionex gives Russia as an example) can't use fiat services even after verification. The three channels:
- P2P: app only for now. You buy USDT from verified merchants with local payment methods and Pionex charges 0% trading fees; the merchant releases USDT after confirming payment, usually within 2 hours, and the USDT carries a T+1 withdrawal restriction (How to buy crypto via P2P).
- Bank card (third party): 2,000 USDC per day and 6,000 USDC per month, with per-transaction ranges such as USD 20 to 3,000 (FAQ about buying crypto with a bank card).
- Large Transfers: buy USDT directly with USD, minimum 1,000 USD per deposit; requires a bound email, LV.2 and VIP 1. Each transaction costs 55 USD + 0.2%, plus an estimated 10 to 30 USD in cross-border wire fees, and account review takes 1 to 3 business days (Large Transfers guide). The fixed fee makes it poor value for small amounts.
Worked example: withdrawal fees vs rebates
Say you withdraw 1,000 USDT from Pionex four times a month:
| Network | Monthly withdrawal fees | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| ERC20 | 4 × 1.0522 ≈ 4.21 USDT | about 50.5 USDT |
| TRC20 | 4 × 1 = 4 USDT | 48 USDT |
| BEP20 | 4 × 0.2 = 0.8 USDT | 9.6 USDT |
| Plasma | 4 × 0.011 = 0.044 USDT | about 0.53 USDT |
The same person runs a spot grid with 200,000 USDT of monthly volume at the 0.05% spot fee (Pionex trading fee overview), paying 100 USDT. With FEEOTTER and binding, the 50% rebate returns 50 USDT a month; a typical 20% code returns 20 USDT. Switching networks saves at most about 50 USDT a year; switching codes returns 30 USDT more every month.
Withdrawing rebates back to Pionex
Pionex refunds the 15% automatic rebate directly to your account. Fee Otter's extra 35% is settled daily and paid as USDT on chain (BNB Smart Chain, BEP20) to the address you bind, which can be your Pionex USDT BEP20 deposit address (minimum deposit 0.1 USDT). The minimum per payout is 1 USDT and the 0.015 USDT network fee is yours. Rebates cover trading fees only, not deposit or withdrawal fees, funding or liquidation. Rates and grid examples are in the Pionex fee rebate guide, and the automatic-rebate screenshot is on the rebate rates page.
If you haven't signed up, register with FEEOTTER (how to register on Pionex) and submit your UID on the Fee Otter rebate platform. Forgot the code? If you haven't used a bot, you can add it within 14 days; after creating a bot or placing an order you have 72 hours. See the Pionex rebind guide. High-volume traders and VIPs at other exchanges are welcome to contact Fee Otter support; we work with the exchange's official team to request trading benefits, which the exchange decides.
