BTCC charges nothing for crypto deposits; you only pay the sending side's network fee. Each withdrawal carries a fixed fee, and for USDT it depends on the network: 1 USDT on Solana, 1.5 USDT on TRC20, 2 USDT on BEP20 and on ERC20, and 5 USDT on Arbitrum, Polygon and the other networks. Every coin has a minimum single deposit, 1 USDT for USDT, and anything below it is not credited. Withdrawals are usually reviewed within about 10 minutes. Changing your login password, fund password, phone number or email pauses withdrawals for 24 hours. Fiat withdrawal is currently suspended, so USDT bought by card or bank transfer can only leave as a crypto withdrawal (checked 2026-10-19).
This guide goes through the deposit and withdrawal rules that BTCC's fee page and help center actually state: deposit steps and Tag/Memo, USDT withdrawal fees by network, VIP withdrawal discounts and extra limits, the withdrawal flow and review time, the 24-hour withdrawal locks, fees for recovering a wrong deposit, fiat ways to buy USDT, and KYC withdrawal limits. For USDT withdrawal fees across exchanges, see our USDT withdrawal fee comparison.
Key points
- Free deposits: BTCC charges no deposit fee; the amount credited reflects whatever the sending exchange or wallet and the network charge.
- Minimum deposit: every coin and network has a minimum single deposit; for USDT it is 1 USDT on every network.
- Fixed withdrawal fee: one fixed fee per withdrawal, varying by coin and network, and it can change when a network is congested.
- About 10 minutes to review: a few withdrawals go to manual review and may need extra documents.
- 24-hour locks: changing passwords, phone or email pauses withdrawals for 24 hours, with no early release; after a fiat deposit, withdrawals open after about 24 hours.
- KYC limits: 10,000 USDT a day unverified, 100,000 with document verification, 1,000,000 with facial verification.
Deposits: steps and what to watch
- Open the BTCC app and tap Deposit on the Home page, or go to Assets and tap Deposit.
- Choose the coin (for example USDT), then the network (for example TRON (TRC20)).
- Copy the address or save the QR code, then on the sending exchange or wallet pick the same coin and the same network, paste the address and send.
- Wait for confirmations. Check the status in Deposit History; tapping the transaction ID (TxID) opens a block explorer with live confirmations.
Steps are from BTCC: How to deposit crypto and How to check your deposit status. A deposit is credited once it has both the required blockchain confirmations and BTCC's own confirmation threshold; BTCC does not publish how many confirmations each network needs.
Four common mistakes (Why hasn't my deposit arrived?):
- Network mismatch: if you pick TRC20 on BTCC, pick TRC20 on the sending side too, or the funds may not arrive or may be lost.
- Tag/Memo: coins such as XRP, XLM and TON need a Tag (Memo) as well as the address; BTCC's Tag is usually 7 to 8 digits. A missing or wrong Tag is not credited automatically.
- Not a contract address: only use the deposit address BTCC generates, never the token contract address shown on a block explorer.
- Minimum deposit: BTCC's fee page states that deposits below the minimum single deposit amount are not credited and cannot be returned.
BTCC accounts have a wallet account and a futures account, and you move funds between them with Transfer, which currently supports USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, ADA and LTC (Internal transfer guide).
Withdrawal fees and minimum deposits (USDT and major coins)
From the Deposits & Withdrawals tab of BTCC's official fee page, checked 2026-10-19 at about 10:00 UTC:
| USDT network | Withdrawal fee (USDT) | Minimum single deposit (USDT) |
|---|---|---|
| Solana (SOL) | 1 | 1 |
| TRON (TRC20) | 1.5 | 1 |
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) | 2 | 1 |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | 2 | 1 |
| Arbitrum One | 5 | 1 |
| Avalanche (C-Chain) | 5 | 1 |
| Optimism (OP Mainnet) | 5 | 1 |
| Polygon (POL) | 5 | 1 |
| Other coins | Network | Withdrawal fee | Minimum single deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin | 0.0001 BTC | 0.00002 BTC |
| ETH | Ethereum, Arbitrum One, Base, Optimism | 0.0006 ETH | 0.001 ETH |
| USDC | BEP20, Solana, XDC | 2 USDC | 1 USDC |
| USDC | ERC20, Arbitrum, Base, Avalanche, Optimism, Polygon | 5 USDC | 1 USDC |
| XRP | Ripple | 3 XRP | 2 XRP |
| SOL | Solana | 0.0111 SOL | 0.01 SOL |
The fee page also lists USDT-OMNI, but its values show it as unavailable. BTCC says withdrawal fees follow each main network and may change without notice during congestion; the Fee and Receive Amount shown on the withdrawal page when you submit are what apply (About withdrawal limits and fees). The fee page does not list minimum withdrawal amounts; check the withdrawal page for the coin.
Worked example: withdrawing 1,000 USDT to another exchange
- Via Solana: 1,000 − 1 = 999 USDT received.
- Via TRC20: 1,000 − 1.5 = 998.5 USDT.
- Via BEP20 or ERC20: 1,000 − 2 = 998 USDT.
- Via Arbitrum or Polygon: 1,000 − 5 = 995 USDT.
The receiving side must support the same network. BTCC charges the same 2 USDT on ERC20 and BEP20; see the USDT withdrawal fee comparison for other exchanges. At VIP1 the fee page lists a 10% withdrawal fee discount, which would make the TRC20 fee 1.35 USDT; the withdrawal page shows the discount that actually applies.

Source: VIP data on BTCC's fee page, checked 2026-10-19; VIP levels update daily at 17:00 UTC. The fee page says the additional withdrawal limit applies only to accounts that have completed facial verification (KYC2). VIP trading fees are covered in BTCC fees.
The withdrawal flow, from submit to arrival
- In the app, tap Assets → Wallets → Withdraw, choose Crypto Withdrawal and the coin.
- Paste the receiving platform's deposit address (or scan its QR code or pick a saved address), choose the same network as the receiver, and enter a Tag if the receiver gives one.
- Enter the amount; the page shows your Available balance and Withdrawal limit. Under Withdrawal Address Platform, pick the receiving exchange or wallet.
- Check the Fee and Receive Amount, submit, and complete Safety Verification (fund password, email code, SMS code and so on).
- Wait for BTCC's security review, normally about 10 minutes. Once approved it goes on-chain; arrival time depends on confirmations and the receiver's rules.
Based on BTCC: How to withdraw crypto (updated 2026-08-25) and Withdrawal review guidelines. A few withdrawals go to manual review and may need supporting documents from you.
When you cannot withdraw: the 24-hour locks
Under BTCC's notice on account data changes and withdrawal security rules, first issued in September 2025 (official notice), these actions start a 24-hour withdrawal observation period that ends automatically:
- Changing or resetting the login password
- Changing or resetting the fund password
- Changing or unbinding the phone number or email
This is a fixed security rule and cannot be shortened on request. After a fiat deposit (card, bank transfer and so on), withdrawals typically open after about 24 hours, and if the account triggers a security review (an unusual login, for example), withdrawals may be restricted until the system says otherwise. The website only lets you change your email; to change your phone number use the app or Live Chat.
Wrong deposit: recovery fees and conditions
For a wrong coin, wrong network, or a missing or wrong Tag, contact Live Chat to request manual recovery (How to recover uncredited deposits). BTCC's times and fees:
| Case | Estimated time | Fee | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| Listed coin via a supported network, sent to another deposit address | 1 to 3 business days | Free | Credited |
| Missing or wrong Tag/Memo | 7 business days | One withdrawal fee | Refunded |
| Old or delisted coin | 7 business days | 10% (min 50, max 500 USDT) | Refunded |
| Unlisted coin via a supported network | 7 business days | 10% (min 50, max 500 USDT) | Refunded |
| Sent to a hot wallet | 7 business days | 10% (min 50, max 500 USDT) | Refunded |
BTCC does not accept three kinds of request: any coin sent via an unsupported network, a wrong-network transaction on-chain for more than 3 months, and a wrong-network deposit worth less than 100 USDT. BTCC also says it cannot promise every deposit can be recovered.
A worked example: you sent a delisted token worth 300 USDT. 10% is 30 USDT, but the minimum is 50 USDT, so you get back about 250 USDT worth. At 8,000 USDT, 10% would be 800 USDT, above the cap, so the fee is 500 USDT.
Fiat: buying USDT by card or bank transfer
A fiat deposit on BTCC means buying USDT directly: tap Deposit or Buy Crypto on the Home page, then Fiat Deposit. The help center lists Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards (3DS check, USDT credited within about 5 minutes), bank transfer (your own account only, usually within 10 minutes) and Interac e-Transfer in Canada. Which methods you see depends on your region and the page (Buy USDT with a credit card, Buy USDT via bank transfer).
Fiat deposits need KYC: up to 2,000 USDT in total with document verification, no limit after facial verification. BTCC's fiat withdrawal is currently disabled for system maintenance, so USDT you bought by card or transfer cannot go straight back to a bank account; it can only leave as a crypto withdrawal (Withdrawal review guidelines, updated 2025-11-07).
KYC and withdrawal limits
| Verification level | Daily crypto withdrawal limit |
|---|---|
| Unverified | 10,000 USDT |
| Identity document verified | 100,000 USDT |
| Facial verification completed | 1,000,000 USDT (VIP3 and above get extra) |

Regions and scams
BTCC's Terms of Use do not publish a list of prohibited countries. BTCC is not on the Hong Kong SFC's list of licensed platforms, and the KYC guide notes that fiat withdrawal is not supported for US users. Region details are in the BTCC KYC guide, and licensing by country in exchange licences compared.
If anyone tells you your BTCC account needs a "deposit, tax or unfreezing fee" paid first before you can withdraw, stop. BTCC deducts its withdrawal fee from the amount you withdraw and shows the fee and the amount received on the page. Check any account or URL claiming to be BTCC support with BTCC Verify in the website footer first.
BTCC's anti-scam guidance points to the same official verification channel for checking emails, URLs and social media accounts (How to use the BTCC official verification channel).
FAQ
Does BTCC charge deposit fees?
No. BTCC charges no deposit fee; only the sending side's withdrawal and network fees apply. Deposits below the minimum (1 USDT for USDT) are not credited.
Which network is cheapest for withdrawing USDT from BTCC?
On the 2026-10-19 fee page, Solana is lowest at 1 USDT, then TRC20 at 1.5 USDT, and BEP20 and ERC20 at 2 USDT each. Check that the receiver supports the same network.
How long do BTCC withdrawals take?
The system review usually takes about 10 minutes, longer if a withdrawal goes to manual review; after approval, arrival depends on confirmations and the receiver.
Why can't I withdraw after changing my password?
Changing your login password, fund password, phone or email pauses withdrawals for 24 hours. It lifts automatically and cannot be ended early.
Is there an extra fee for withdrawing without trading after a deposit?
We found no such rule in BTCC's help center withdrawal articles, its fee page or its Terms of Use. BTCC's withdrawal fee is a fixed amount per network, shown on the withdrawal page before you submit.
Can I withdraw from BTCC to a bank account?
Not at the moment. BTCC says fiat withdrawal is disabled for system maintenance; withdraw crypto to another platform instead.
