BingX Earn Guide 2026: Tiered Flexible Rates and Fixed-Term Rules

BingX flexible savings compound hourly but are tiered: 8% on the first 300 USDT, 1% above. Fixed-term rules, early redemption, VIP products, Earn as futures margin.

BingX Earn (Wealth → Earn) is mainly flexible and fixed-term savings. Flexible interest is calculated hourly and reinvested automatically; you can redeem from the second day after buying, usually credited in real time. Fixed-term interest is calculated daily without compounding, and principal plus interest return to your Fund Account automatically at maturity. Flexible rates are tiered: on 2026-10-17, USDT paid 8% APR on the first 300 USDT and only 1% on anything above. USDT fixed terms can't be redeemed early; BTC, ETH and USDC fixed terms can be redeemed any time, but interest is then recalculated at an early-redemption APR of 0% to 0.10%. Subscribing and redeeming are free.

This guide is based on the BingX Earn page and the Help Center's Wealth articles. It covers how flexible and fixed-term interest is calculated, when it starts, how redemption works, what early redemption costs, the VIP and new-user products, and the rules for using USDT in Earn as futures margin, then compares flexible and a 30-day term on 1,000 USDT. The rates on the page (Est. APR) move; the figures here are a snapshot from the day we checked. If you trade on BingX, sign up with our code FEEOTTER for a 45% rebate (all paid automatically by BingX), more than twice the 20% most codes give; Earn itself has no trading fees, and how it relates to the rebate is covered further down.

Key points

  • Products: the Earn page has Flexible Term, Fixed Term and Shark Fin; the Wealth menu also has Dual Investment and BXUSD. 28 coins were listed when we checked.
  • Flexible: hourly interest, reinvested automatically; tiered rates, with much lower APR above the first tier.
  • Fixed term: daily interest, no compounding, automatic redemption at maturity, usually back in the Fund Account within 1 working day; auto-renewal is optional.
  • Early redemption: not for USDT fixed terms; possible for BTC, ETH and USDC, but interest is recalculated at a very low early-redemption APR.
  • Fees: BingX states that subscription and redemption are free.

Source: product data loaded by the BingX Earn page, checked 2026-10-17. The 50% new-user rate is capped at 100 USDT for 7 days, once, which works out to about 0.96 USDT of interest; it says nothing about the regular products.

Flexible: hourly compounding, redeemable from day two

  • Interest: calculated hourly and added to the next hour's principal; the APR changes in real time, and interest shows in the Wealth account until you redeem.
  • Start time: according to the BingX Wealth introduction, subscriptions made before 13:59 UTC start accruing at 16:00 UTC on the second day. When we opened the subscription page at 22:13 (UTC+8) on 2026-10-17, it showed interest starting at 2026-10-19 00:00 (UTC+8).
  • Redemption: available from the second day after purchase and usually credited in real time; interest is redeemed before principal.

Tiered rates mean that with 1,000 USDT in flexible, only the first 300 USDT earns 8% and the other 700 USDT earns 1%, so the blended APR is (300 × 8% + 700 × 1%) ÷ 1,000 = 3.1%.

Fixed term: automatic redemption, early exit depends on the product

  • Interest: calculated daily, not reinvested; principal and interest are redeemed automatically at maturity and generally return to the Fund Account within 1 working day (BingX Wealth FAQs).
  • Subscription result: you find out on the second day whether it went through; if it fails, for example because the quota is full, the funds go back to the Fund Account.
  • Auto-renewal: optional. When on, the order renews into the same product at the APR at that time; USDT orders on auto-renewal can't be used as futures margin.
  • Early redemption: USDT fixed-term pages say the product "cannot be redeemed early and will automatically redeem upon maturity." BTC, ETH and USDC terms tagged "Redeem anytime" can be redeemed early, but a penalty is deducted and interest is recalculated at the early-redemption APR, with funds arriving within about 10 minutes; redeeming before interest starts returns principal only. Early-redemption APRs when we checked: BTC 0%, ETH 30-day and all USDC terms 0.01%, ETH 7-day VIP 0.10%.

BTC, ETH and USDC terms can be redeemed any time, but the early-redemption APR is close to zero, so you give up the interest for that period.

Example: 1,000 USDT for 30 days, flexible or fixed?

Our own calculation using the rates on 2026-10-17, assuming they stay the same for 30 days:

AmountFlexible, 30 days30-day fixed at 3.80%Better
300 USDT300 × 8% × 30 ÷ 365 ≈ 1.97300 × 3.8% × 30 ÷ 365 ≈ 0.94Flexible
1,000 USDT(300 × 8% + 700 × 1%) × 30 ÷ 365 ≈ 2.551,000 × 3.8% × 30 ÷ 365 ≈ 3.12Fixed
1,000 USDT split300 flexible ≈ 1.97 + 700 fixed ≈ 2.19 = about 4.16Split

Hourly compounding adds very little over 30 days, so the table uses simple interest. Splitting only makes sense if you're sure you won't need the 700 USDT for those 30 days, since USDT fixed terms can't be redeemed early, and there is no interest during the one or two days before accrual starts.

USDT in Earn can be used as futures margin

According to a BingX announcement and the Earn page, USDT in Earn can also serve as perpetual futures margin while it keeps earning interest; Shark Fin and auto-renewed orders are excluded. If a position is liquidated, the matching Earn assets are redeemed automatically. Your money doesn't sit idle, but your savings are then exposed to futures liquidation risk as well.

VIP, new users and verification

  • VIP: BingX says VIP users get higher returns and more products; when we checked, the VIP-only products were USDT 7-day 10%, BTC 7-day 4% and ETH 7-day 6%, each with a subscription cap.
  • New users: USDT 7-day 50%, for users within 30 days of signing up, once, up to 100 USDT.
  • KYC: none of the USDT, BTC, ETH or USDC products were marked as requiring KYC when we checked; the Earn page also notes that local regulations may require KYC before you can use the service.

Regional restrictions

According to the BingX Disclaimer (updated 2023-12-11), BingX does not accept customers from jurisdictions including but not limited to Afghanistan, Burundi, Cambodia, Canada, the Central African Republic, mainland China, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Hong Kong, Iran, Laos, Macau, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Panama, Singapore, Somalia, the United Kingdom, the United States (including all territories), and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. BingX notes that the list may change and may vary by service.

Risks

Earn assets sit on BingX's books, and the platform risk is yours. The Earn page's tagline stresses principal protection, yet BingX's own 2023 Wealth introduction says the value of your investment can go down as well as up and you may get back less than you put in. On September 20, 2024, BingX reported abnormal access to its hot wallet, a likely hack; it paused deposits and withdrawals and restored them from the next day. BingX said user assets were unaffected but never published a total loss figure (BingX hot wallet incident FAQ). For reserve ratios across exchanges, see the proof of reserves comparison; for licensing, see exchange licenses by country.

Earn and the rebate

BingX charges nothing to subscribe to or redeem Earn products, and the rebate is calculated only on trading fees, so flexible, fixed-term and Shark Fin products generate no rebate; BingX publishes no profit share on Earn either. The rebate comes from trading: sign up on BingX with code FEEOTTER and BingX automatically returns 45% of your spot and futures fees, with nothing else to do. Fee Otter adds no extra layer on BingX. Earn interest and the trading rebate are separate, and one account can have both. Rates and examples are in the BingX fee rebate guide; Earn rules across exchanges are compared in the exchange earn comparison.

FAQ

How often does BingX flexible pay interest?

Interest is calculated hourly and reinvested automatically. You can redeem from the second day after buying, usually credited in real time.

Why does the BingX flexible rate fall as I add more?

Flexible rates are tiered. When we checked, USDT paid 8% on the first 300 USDT and 1% above that, so a larger amount has a lower blended APR.

Can I redeem a BingX fixed term early?

It depends on the product. USDT fixed terms can't be redeemed early; BTC, ETH and USDC terms can, but interest is recalculated at an early-redemption APR of 0% to 0.10%.

Does BingX Earn charge fees?

BingX states that subscription and redemption are free.

Does BingX Earn earn a rebate?

No, because Earn has no trading fees. The rebate comes from trading: sign up with code FEEOTTER and BingX automatically returns 45% of your trading fees.
